The Basics of our Facility
By accessing or using the services of 777 Lone Star Ranch you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Services provided include horse boarding, facility rental and related activities as described on our website. Customers are responsible for providing accurate information and adhering to all ranch rules while on the property. We reserve the right to update these rules at any time, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Client Rules & Guidelines
1. General Conduct
- All clients and visitors must treat staff, animals and fellow guests with respect.
- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
- No smoking or illegal substances are allowed anywhere on the property.
- Alcohol is permitted only inside the Bar Room or in designated areas during approved events.

2. Horse Care & Stall Use
- Horses must be up-to-date on vaccinations and deworming; documentation is required prior to boarding.
- Owners are responsible for any damage caused by their horses.
- No unauthorized horses or trailers may be brought onto the property.
- Clients must notify staff of any changes in feeding, health concerns, or behavior of their horses.

3. Facility Use
- The Round Pen and trails are for authorized use only-please schedule in advance.
- The Bar Room is available for private events; requests must be made in advance and approved.
- Clean up after yourself- this includes stalls and common spaces.

4. Trail Riding and Property access
- Riders must sign a liability waiver before using trails or pasture areas.
- Helmets are recommended for all riders and required for minors.
- Trails are open from sunrise to sunset. No night riding allowed without prior approval.
- Respect the land- no littering, or damaging fencing/ trees.

5. Payment & Cancellations
- Full-Board payment is due monthly in advance.
- Trailer-ins and facility rentals must be paid in full at the time of reservation.
- Late payments may result in loss of boarding privileges or additional fees.

6. Events & Social Gatherings
- All events must be approved and scheduled through management.
- Non-boarders attending events must remain in designated areas.
- Bar Room access is included for full-board clients, but exclusive bookings must be reserved.
- If a private booking is made no other clients may be permitted to use the scheduled area during that time.

7. Safety
- No loose horses in public or common areas.
- Gates must be kept closed at all times.
- Report any injuries or incidents to staff immediately.
- Emergency contact information must be on file for all horses.

8. Liability & Compliance
- 777 Lone Star Ranch is not responsible for injuries, lost items, or damages unless due to gross negligence.
- Clients agree to follow all posted and communicated rules.
- Failure to comply may result in removal from the premises and/ or termination of services.
