Refund Policy

At 777 Lone Star Ranch, customer satisfaction is important to us. Payments for boarding horses, day passes and facility rentals are generally non-refundable. However, if you are unable to attend a scheduled event or service, please notify us at least 72 hours in advance to be considered for a credit or rescheduling. Refunds may be issued at our discretion under special circumstances. No refunds will be given for no-shows or cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled service.
